After Daniel Radcliffe’s stunt double was severely injured while rehearsing an aerial sequence for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in Leavesden studios, the area was temporarily closed while the Health and Safety Executive of England looked into the accident. Everyone on the set of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows collectively held their breath on Wednesday, January 28th, when David Holmes (pictured left) — Daniel Radcliffe’s stunt double — fell from a harness while rehearsing a flying scene and lost the feeling in his hands and feet.
